What a Year!

Well, much has happened since I last wrote! I stayed incredibly busy with work through the months of October-December! As this year closes out, I am confident that 2012 will be a GREAT year for us! Kyle and I were only "together" about 2 1/2 months this year! So, we are looking forward to spending much more time together now that he is back! We have some fun things that we would like to do this year and we are welcoming our nephew into our family in April. We cannot wait!

We moved into our first home in Jacksonville!(Well, I should said I moved in, with lots of help from family!)

Kyle returned from his 6 month to deployment on December 14! It truly was a fabulous day!! I can't even describe the emotions that day! Truly unbelievable!

Kyle was on leave for 2 weeks and we were able to visit Tampa for a friend's wedding as well as celebrate the Christmas holiday with our families.

  1. Allison, I love your blog it is so much fun to read. Last year was a whirlwind, but we are looking forward to what the Lord has in store for 2012. We are so happy Kyle is home and thank you for all you did for him while he was gone. You made his house a home and a place he loves to come home to!

We enjoyed Christmas with the two of you so much. It was the BEST Christmas ever!!

We are also excited about Robby's arrival and have enjoyed following along with Ashley and Bob.

We are looking forward to 2012 and wish only the BEST for you and Kyle!!

  2. Agreed!! I love your Blog, Allison! Between your blog and your annual books to Kyle at Christmas, you will have a wonderful "log" of all of your adventures together! I love reading your updates and seeing the world through your eyes. So neat that we made the "cut". Robby is so excited to meet his Aunt Allison and Uncle Kyle!
